Guests must know and respect: the opening/closing times of Nomad Argentario; the quiet hours; and the entry/exit hours clearly shown on the board posted at Reception.

Pitches and services

  • Pitch assignment is under the exclusive authority of Management and is handled based on service needs. It is forbidden to move from assigned pitches unless authorized by Management.
  • It is forbidden to install camping equipment such as tents and temporary structures on pitches; it is also forbidden to dig holes or alter the condition of the area.
  • When using individual pitch services or shared services, care must be taken not to damage the installations and equipment, and order and cleanliness must be maintained.
  • Use of the electrical service on the pitch is the sole responsibility of the user, who must use cables, joints and plugs that comply with the law and avoid any danger to people and property while using them.

Care of the area and access

  • Guests must respect and not damage vegetation such as plants, flowers and greenery in the pitches and common areas, keep their pitch clean and tidy, not light fires except their own barbecue, and place waste in the appropriate containers following separate collection.
  • Minors are not allowed to stay inside the Nomad Argentario area unless accompanied by adults who assume responsibility with the guardian’s authorization.
  • Pets are allowed inside the Nomad Argentario area provided they are not bothersome or aggressive, are always kept on a leash, and are kept under close supervision within the assigned pitch.
  • All dogs must have a microchip and be registered in the canine registry of their region.

Conduct and quiet

  • It is forbidden to keep the camper engine running while parked on the pitch and to make disturbing noises.
  • During quiet hours it is forbidden to circulate with motor vehicles, bicycles and motorcycles.
  • Radio and TV devices and smartphones must be kept at minimum volume and children kept under adult supervision.

Responsibility and cleanliness

  • Management is in no case responsible for theft of money or objects, nor for damage to cars, caravans/vans/campers, nor for damage of a natural kind (falling branches, pine cones, etc.), or accidents related to circulation that occur inside the Nomad Argentario camper area or the unattended car park. Each camper must look after their own belongings.
  • Guests are invited to leave toilets, sinks, showers and wash basins clean at all times. Maximum attention is recommended and posted signage must be observed during cleaning: while cleaning of restrooms is underway, entry into the areas concerned is forbidden.

Bookings and cancellations

  • Early departures and/or late arrivals cause considerable inconvenience to operations and damage to Administration. In such cases, Management is obliged to charge the entire booked period even if not used.
  • No reductions or discounts are provided if the pitch holder is absent for part of the booked period.
  • If a booking is canceled, the cancellation will be accepted only according to the cancellation policy accepted by the Client at the time of booking.
  • Non-refundable rate: the client must pay the entire amount of the stay, discounted by the percentage set for this type of promotion, at the time of booking. The non-refundable rate does not provide any refund in case of withdrawal or cancellation; the penalty applied will therefore be 100% of the amount accepted at the time of booking.
  • Management reserves the right to amend this Regulation at any time; it will be posted at the entrance of the Nomad Argentario camper area on the appropriate notice board in order to guarantee all Guests an ever better use of the facility.
