For a pleasant stay, we kindly ask everyone to respect the opening hours, entry/exit times, and quiet hours indicated by Management.

Pitches and services

• Pitches are assigned upon arrival and cannot be changed without authorization.
• On the pitches, we ask you not to set up tents or other structures, nor to alter the ground.
• Please help us keep the area tidy and clean, taking care of equipment and facilities.
• For electricity, always use compliant cables and connections.

Care of the area and access

• Let's respect nature together: no damage to plants and flowers, fires only in your own barbecue, and always dispose of waste in the appropriate recycling containers.
• Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
• Pets are welcome, provided they are calm, always kept on a leash, and owners carry bags for their waste; dogs must be microchipped and properly registered.

Conduct and quiet

• Out of respect for everyone, please avoid disturbing noise and do not leave engines running on your pitch.
• During quiet hours, vehicle circulation is not allowed, devices must be kept at low volume, and children must always be supervised by adults.

Responsibility and cleanliness

• We invite you to take care of your personal belongings: Management is not responsible for any theft or damage.
• Please always leave bathrooms, showers, and washing areas clean.

Bookings and cancellations

• In case of late arrival or early departure, no reductions will be applied: the stay will be charged in full. Cancellations follow the conditions accepted at the time of booking; non-refundable rates do not provide refunds.
• Management reserves the right to update the regulations to ensure an ever better stay for everyone.
